i enjoyed my stay. the location proved ideal. trevi fountain was just a short walk. the free tours offered by the hotel chain reminded me of a great perk. also i stored my bags on the last day, helpful.
i had to wait a bit longer than expected at times. this was inconvenient when i was in a rush to get to my tours.

the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. i found staff on site 24/7. the breakfast buffet had good coffee and the team allowed us to store our bags on the last day.

the staff provided local knowledge readily. i took advantage of the free tours offered by the lodging! the beds offered superb comfort. breakfast had varied choices.
the air conditioning emitted a loud noise which disrupted my sleep somewhat.

alessia was very sweet and gave me some recommendations of places i could see. the other reception staff were also warm. the location is very good since it is near places like the trevi fountain and the spanish steps (i was so happy about this).
it wasn't great since i had a lot of luggage. the room wasn't cleaned unless i asked. the daily cleaning wasn't great because the bathroom was not very clean.
